The plain-language rules for this site and for working with us.
Short on purpose. If anything below is unclear, email hello@optiflow.me and we'll explain it in plain language.
1. Who we are
OptiFlow (“we”) is a digital channel studio operating from Chișinău, Moldova, and the operator of optiflow.me. These terms cover your use of this site and the way engagements with us begin.
2. This site
The site is informational. Case studies, figures and timelines describe past work and our method; they are not a quote or a guarantee of identical results. We may change or remove content at any time, and we don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.
3. Session requests
Submitting the session form or messaging us on WhatsApp is an inquiry, not a contract. Neither side owes the other anything until a written proposal is accepted. We reply to every serious request, normally within 24 hours.
4. Proposals and engagements
Every engagement runs on its own written proposal — scope, timeline, price and payment schedule. If a proposal and these terms ever disagree, the proposal wins.
5. The Map credit
Where a paid mapping session applies, its fee is credited in full (100%) toward your first build with us, as set out in the proposal.
6. You own your channel
Once an engagement is paid in full, the code, design, content, data and accounts we created for it belong to you. If you leave, everything comes with you.
7. Our brand
The OptiFlow name, logo, renders and this site's design remain ours — please don't reuse them without written permission. Client names and marks shown on the site belong to their owners.
8. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the site or its forms: no spam, no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload or scrape it at scale.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Liability inside an engagement is defined by its proposal.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes go to the competent courts of Chișinău, unless mandatory law in your country says otherwise.
11. Changes
If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top. Old versions are kept in the site's git history and available on request.
