What we collect, why, and how to make us forget.
We keep this short on purpose. If anything below is unclear, email hello@optiflow.me and we'll explain it in plain language.
1. What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive the fields you fill in: name, company, email, phone (optional), industry (optional), and a short description of what you need help with. Our server also records your IP address and browser user-agent string to help detect spam — nothing more.
2. Why we collect it
One reason: to reply to your request and schedule a session. We do not sell, share, or use your details for marketing unrelated to your inquiry. We do not enrich your data with third-party sources.
3. Where it lives
Submissions are stored in Upstash Redis (Frankfurt, EU). A notification email is delivered through Resend (EU region) and lands in our team inbox at hello@optiflow.me. We do not transfer your data outside the EU. We do not use cookies — site analytics run on Plausible, which is cookieless and aggregates everyone into anonymous totals.
4. How long we keep it
Lead records stay in our ledger for 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Email threads in our inbox follow the same retention. After 24 months, records are permanently deleted.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you,
- correct anything that's wrong,
- delete it entirely.
Email hello@optiflow.me with a one-line request. We respond within 7 days.
6. Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Old versions are kept in the site's git history and available on request.
