The brief
Before BeeBox, most of the business ran through WhatsApp. Orders were fragmented, conversations scattered across threads, inventory was invisible, and there was friction at every handoff.
What we built
We built a mobile-first ordering channel that pulls the whole journey into one place: a storefront with saved favourites and order history, a delivery layer with neighbourhood pickup points, and an operations dashboard so the team sees every order in real time. A native app is the next layer, in development now.
What shifted
Customers place an order in about thirty seconds instead of negotiating in DMs. The pickup-point network lets BeeBox serve whole districts without running a fleet. Order volume is finally legible — they can see what's selling, where, and when.
